2. Products & orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith. Colors may appear slightly different on different devices. We do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or any other content on the Site is error-free.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Placing an order authorizes us to charge the full total (products plus shipping and any applicable taxes) to your payment method.

4. Shipping

Orders are produced on demand and typically ship within 5–10 business days. Delivery times vary by destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & refunds

Because each merch item is made to order, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Start a claim through the contact form.

6. Digital content & music

Any audio, video, or downloadable content offered on the Site is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sample, remix, or publicly perform any such content without prior written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
